Applying cold compress is very effective to reduce pain and swelling. The ice helps to thin the blood vessels and prevents the blood from spreading further to the skin and tissues. Thus removes bruising on the skin
Put some ice in a towel and wrap the towel. Apply this mixture to your face for 15 minutes. Do it as soon as it starts to turn purple. Repeat every few hours for 24 hours. If you don’t have ice, you can use it in frozen vegetables.
Those who find ice very disturbing can also use a diaper soaked in cold water. You can also add a few drops of lavender oil to enhance the soothing effect.
Note: do Not touch the ice directly to your skin.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Because of its natural anti-inflammatory effect, apple cider vinegar can pass the bruises on the skin. Follow the method we will report for a few days.
Soak a cloth or paper melon with a little water in diluted apple cider vinegar and place it on the purple for 10 minutes.
You can also dip a piece of raw or roasted onion in apple cider vinegar. Then let sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
Note: do Not apply these methods if you have an open wound.
St. John’s Wort Oil
Yellow cantaloupe has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to get rid of the bruise on the skin. It also acts as a natural pain reliever.
Apply the yellow karaton oil several times a day for several days.
Alternatively, you can mix 2 tablespoons of yellow caratos in a cup of hot water for 10-20 minutes. This tea is for once a day until you get past your bruises.
