6 Exercises to Help You Get Rid of Cellulite in 14 Days

Exercise № 1

Place your hands with the floor, and assume this position as when doing push-ups. Next, bend your right leg, and bring your knee to your stomach. And then straighten your leg, and lift it 5-8 inches off the floor. Repeat with your left leg.

3 sets, 10 reps

Exercise № 2:

Lie on your right side, and lean on your forearm. Lift your left leg 4-12 inches off the floor, and hold it in that position for 5 secs. Then lower down slowly. Repeat these exercise with your right leg.

3 sets, 15 reps

Exercise № 3:

Take an dumbbell in each hand. Stand up straight, feet shoulder-width apart. Keeping your back straight, arms hanging down freely begin to slowly bend your upper torso. Bend forward for low as you can. And then gradually return to the starting position.

3 sets, 20 reps

Exercise № 5:

Stand on your feet slightly wider than your shoulders. Bend your knees, hands behind your head. So jump up forcefully, throwing your arms and legs apart, starfish-fashion. Once your feet touch the floor again, resume the initial position.

3 sets, 20 reps

Exercise № 6:

Stand on your knees, and place your hands on the floor, keeping your arms straight. Keeping your back straight begin to slowly lift one leg up. Lift your leg as high for possible, and fix them for some secs. So return to the starting position. Alternating between your right and left leg continue repeating the workout.

3 sets, 15 reps each side
