How to Be Single , directed by German Christian Ditter , from Simply Happens , is based on the eponymousbook by Liz Tuccillo . The screenwriters are the same as He’s Not That Out Of You , which was also based on a Liz book, and both also feature actress Drew Barrymore in production . The romantic comedy follows the same basis as the other film, with some characters connecting, according to the subject matter – the singleness – but does not have a cast as starring as.
Dakota Johnson and Rebel Wilson on How to Be Single
Alice , Dakota Johnson of Fifty Tones of Gray , asks for a time in the relationship with her boyfriend Josh , Nicholas Braun of The Advantages of Being Invisible , and moves to New York to live with her sister Meg , Leslie Mann of Women on the Attack , Who, despite her passion for obstetrics, does not even think of herself as a mother. While getting a job at the law firm, Alice becomes friends with Robin , Rebel Wilson of Perfect Choice , who loves parties and enjoy singles. When she discovers that Alice is single, she presents her new friend with spree nights, showered with drinks, and no-frills sex. Alice’s first target is Tom ,
Unrelated to Alice’s world, there’s Lucy , Community series Alison Brie , who starts attending Tom’s bar to use the internet for free – it ‘s pretty funny her opening scene looking for a sign – she believes her soul mate is on sites Relationship.
Anders Holm and Alison Brie on How to Be Single
When she gets tired of the binges, Alice asks to go back with Josh. He is already in a new relationship, from there we realize that she has become very dependent and unable to open the zipper of the dresses. Eventually, she moves out of Meg’s house and lives alone still having a lot to learn about herself and deal with dependency. Alice tries new relationships, even dating a more mature guy. David , Damon Wayans Jr. of the New Girl series , is a widowed father and his relationship with Alice has everything to go, but David is still emotionally shaken.

I like the plot to show that Alice’s haunt is always Meg. Despite her, she changes her mind about becoming a mother and decides to have a baby via in vitro fertilization . His idea was to be

Single mom, until meeting Ken , Jake Lacy from the series Better With You , which is a love and very funny. In fact, I consider Ken one of the best characters in the movie.
The film has very current language
Lucy only interacts with Tom. This is very strange, since she imagined that her scenes were with Alice, Robin and Meg, and they would be friends and tals. However, she gets a good deal of the film focused on having a relationship, just like Alice. The difference is that Lucy thinks of something more serious in the first few weeks. Her friendship with Tom reminded me a lot of the characters of Justin Long and Ginnifer Goodwin in He’s Not So Dead, Tom is actually practically copy. And let’s say he only learns when he loses.
Alice’s life is the most prominent. Dakota Johnson and his delicate air, bring a certain liking to the character. I have not yet seen Fifty Tones of Gray , although I read and did not like it, but I found it very nice on canvas and even cute. Alice has that kind of picture of the poor girl from the inside that Robin keeps trying to tone it again. It is difficult not to assimilate some events in How to Be Single , with Fifty Tons . As a fact of three minutes of film, the girl already appears exposing the skin. I knew one side until she matured watching Crime Alliance , being the girlfriend (they have a son together) of the character of Johnny Depp , despite little time on the scene, I was curious about her and certainly, I will give more chances to their work. Already Rebel Wilson has not endured forever and never brings anything innovative. His character Robin, has even funny moments, but does not evolve into anything. Whoever expects Robin to grow during the movie will be disappointed. His acting always passes me being forced and false at various times, just like his age. She always accepts these jovial roles, but she is almost forty. And hid it for a long time in the media. The good side is Robin’s self-esteem, maybe. And hid it for a long time in the media. The good side is Robin’s self-esteem, maybe. And hid it for a long time in the media. The good side is Robin’s self-esteem, maybe.

That was my trick with Rebel, which made me watch the movie without great expectations and ended up having fun and identifying myself. Little things in Alice’s life reminded me of issues of my adolescence and ours, the direction that all this confusion of feelings gives to her life made me very happy. The endings were good, but the Alice and Tom finals were great and they really were what I wanted for both of them. They conducted the film well and in a current and jovial way, see through the soundtrack, use of technology and references to TV series. And I can not help commenting that I found the final credits, the one before the letters rise, very creative, full of symbols that represent the characters, something they said or did.

How to Be Single , is a great request for those who like the genre. Sometimes the person focuses on just having a relationship that forgets their true dreams and desires. So dependent that you think you can never do something alone or have the opportunity to be creative. Yes, friends, single life – no matter how long – can make you discover so much and rediscover it as well. If you are alone, it is not your fault, but rather because you need a moment with YOU.
I do not know if it’s a good adaptation. From the synopsis of the book and the reviews I’ve read on Skoob , certainly not. Seriously, look at the synopsis of the book when you leave this post. WHAT?
